Can I use your photography for my own e-commerce platforms?

Due to the nature of our photography and relevant contractual agreements, we unfortunately are not able to grant usage rights to our customers for their own e-commerce platforms.

I can't authorize my payment for some time, will you hold my order?

If an order has been confirmed but we cannot successfully process your payment method, we will attempt to contact you up to three times through either phone or email. If we cannot successfully contact you or process your payment method after our third attempt, your items will no longer be reserved and your order is subject to cancellation. If we cannot successfully process your payment method after 4 weeks, your order will be cancelled.

Does Petal Dew do private labeling/custom orders?

Yes, Petal Dew provides private labeling and custom orders for those that are willing to meet an MOQ of 200 pieces per style.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Your order is typically shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed and payment is authorized.

Shipping fee?

We've taken measures to insure that you receive the best shipping rates we can provide. We will typically notify customers if their shipping charge is significant (~15%+ sub-total,) but unfortunately we are unable to provide a rate lower than what is published. An alternative to consider may be consolidated shipping, or even waiting for a shipping discount/promotion.
